One of the great things about the post office is that you can mail just about anything as long as it's legal.
Here's a great method to get around the assholes who would throw a teabag letter away, and it makes an even better statement in the process...
Buy a cheap box of generic tea, slap a big label directly on it that you can get for free at the post office, and send it as is. Because postage goes by weight, and a box of tea weighs almost nothing, it's an inexpensive way to really make a great point...
