Iowa - Iowa City

11:30am to 12:30pm April 15th on the Burlington Street Bridge in Iowa City.
 
Participants are encouraged to brings a bucket of water labeled 'tea' for dumping in the Iowa River.  (The DNR is prohibiting us from dumping tea).
 
Signs are also encouraged.
